What is Mama Moves?
Mama moves is a group exercise class that allows you to bring your baby or toddler along while you workout! Currently based at Lea Village Hall.
Group setting
Even though it is a group setting I will provide regressions and progressions of exercises to suit YOU and your stage of pregnancy or postpartum recovery.
Pre-natal training
Prepare your body for the challenges of pregnancy and childbirth with our tailored pre-natal training. I focus on up to date evidence based training with a goals of building strength, improving flexibility/mobility, and enhancing overall well-being.
Post-natal training
Regain your strength and fitness after childbirth with our post-natal training programmes. I will help you safely and effectively rebuild your body, focusing on core strength, pelvic floor health, and overall fitness.
Community
My group is about more than just movement — it is a space to connect with other mums who get it. You’ll meet supportive, like-minded women, share the journey together, and build real friendships while getting stronger.
Pelvic floor support
Every class includes guided breathing and pelvic floor work to support your body through pregnancy and beyond. I focus on helping you reconnect with your core, build strength safely, and feel confident in your body both pre- and post-natal.
Babies and toddlers welcome
I know how hard it can be to find the time to exercise alongside a baby or toddler. I want this class to feel like a safe space for you to bring your littles along and workout by their side.
Bring along toys and whatever they need to keep occupied!
