Weekly check-ins are your dedicated time to reflect, reset, and stay on track. You’ll receive personalised feedback, support, and adjustments to your plan so you always know what you’re doing, why you’re doing it, and feel supported every step of the way.
Technique Analysis
It's important that you are doing your excises with correct form...to avoid injury and get the most out of the movement pattern. I will analyse videos of your training with actionable feedback to help drive the results you're after.
